LOST011 - Miro - By Your Side
BIOGRAPHY
Following on from 1998’s ‘Paradise’ release on Hooj, Miro
(also known as Danish producers Mads Arp and Steen Thøttrup) return
with the smooth trance cut, ‘By Your Side’ complete with vocals
from singer Julie Harrington.
Bristolian remixer Ian Wilkie provides the A side of disc
one turning in a supercharged string-laden tech-funk vocal version
while Miro’s Rolled mix sits in all its ambient glory on side B.
Disc two sees American progster Marcus Schulz lay down a phat rolling
bassline underneath Harrington’s vocals resulting in a low-slung
club cut with Ian Wilkie returning on the B with his dub mix.
